Aims:
To enable young people with a business idea to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to seek further support to launch their own businesses/enterprises |

Learning Outcomes:· A concrete business idea which learners are able to present to their peers · Increase confidence and address any barriers to business start up · Develop skills, knowledge and experience in relation to business start-up/enterprise · Identification of business customers and how to access them · Identification key products and services of their business · Awareness of pricing strategies and the importance of sales to secure and retain customers · A knowledge of how to construct marketing plan · A knowledge of how to set up a company/sole trader · An understanding of the concept of risk identification and how to effectively manage risks · Be ready to receive intensive support to launch their business/Enterprise |
