The seminar How to become an entrepreneur of success, to initiate a business or to develop your business”  was organized by the EDUNET Association together with Dolj Teaching Staff House , in Craiova, on 27th of September  , 2017.

The seminar was attended by 34 persons: entrepreneurs, teachers, trainers, school managers, managers and staff of training organizations, NGOs leaders, project managers, representatives of authorities (School Inspectorate).

The project coordinator Victor Dudau, president of EDUNET Association made a presentation of the main results of the ERASMUS +  project “EIBI-European Incubator for Business Ideas”:  the European model, Training Curriculum, Learning tools created and the web platform

Then, Victor Dudau presented the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) structure and Camelia Bălan  together with   Mihaela Iancu,  from Dolj Teaching Staff House,  presented the preparation of  the facilitators for  conducting the learning  and the results  of piloting the MOOC  in Romania.

Camelia Balan and  Mihaela Iancu also presented the methodology of Training Workshop “Incubating business ideas” and some business ideas presented by  the participants at the end of the workshop.

Tina Calin and  Magdalena Panaghianu, facilitators in the  MOOC,  presented some good practices of conducting the learning on the   MOOC .

Some participants  presented  their MOOC experience and  business ideas crystallized during the course.

In the last session, some invitees presented, examples of good practice in their fields:

  • Nicoleta Oprică from National College “Buzeşti Fraţi” of  Craiova, about entrepreneurial education in school and how to use the MOOc in teaching  entrepreneurship;
  • Mihaela Stăncele, project Manager at Save the Children , Dolj Branch, about developing entrepreneurial skills in youth through non-formal and informal activities;
  • Ionuţ Smarandache, from Special Technology High School “Beethoven” Craiova, about experience of entrepreneurship of  people with special needs.

The participants  further exchanged  ideas, during the  group discussions .

At the end of event, they  completed the evaluation questionnaires, appreciating very well the seminar and the project results.
